TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Refer as many as and win multiple opportunities.
• Both refer and the referee are entitle for the raffle.
• Compulsory to book a tour with Sunny Ceylon Travels or previously done a tour
• Winner can select the preferred destination to enjoy the holiday.
• Winner must be borne the additional charges occur selecting the preferred destination.
• The raffle is subjected to a minimum and maximum price.
• There will be a winner every 12 months.
• There will be a definite winner.
• Winner is entitling for Hotel accommodation for 5 nights.
• Daily Breakfast included and no other extra meals.
• Returned transfers to arrange hotels.
• If necessary winner is free to upgrade or change the Hotels at own cost.
• A surcharge is applicable if the raffle is transfers any third parties as a gift.
• Raffle valid 6 months from the date of its approval.
• Peak time, seasonal and other supplement to be borne by winner.
• To be eligible to ‘refer a friend’, you must have book a tour with Sunny Ceylon Travels or Hotel accommodation for at least 2 nights.
• The people you refer must be willing to utilize the offer within the given period of time..
• To correctly refer a person to Sunny Ceylon Travels, you must provide an accurate name, email address of your referral.
• To be eligible for Sunny Ceylon Travels rewards, your referral must book a tour with Sunny Ceylon Travels.
• Selections of tours are there to choose the best tour for the winners.
• If you make a successful referral, you will be notified when the referral is initially processed.
• Once you are notified of a successful referral, you have the opportunity to receive a Sunny Ceylon Travels reward, or continue to refer others.
• The more people you successfully refer to Sunny Ceylon Travels, the greater the value of the rewards made available to you.
• You have the option of receiving your Sunny Ceylon Travels reward after one, two, three, four or five successful referrals.
• When you choose to receive a Sunny Ceylon Travels reward, arrangements will be made on your behalf by your Sunny Ceylon Travels Account Manager if you are a consultant with Sunny Ceylon Travels, or by a Sunny Ceylon Travels staff member.
• Whether you make one or five successful referrals, you will have a choice of rewards. You can make this selection in consultation with your Account Manager or Sunny Ceylon Travels staff member.
• Each referral can only be counted once towards a Sunny Ceylon Travels reward.
• Once you have opted to receive a Sunny Ceylon Travels reward, you will need to make more referrals to be eligible to receive more Sunny Ceylon Travels rewards.
• Sunny Ceylon Travels holds no responsibility for any changes in circumstances which result in advertised rewards no longer being available. If such changes occur, Sunny Ceylon Travels will undertake to offer a new reward of comparative value.
