TERMS

• Seaplane transfers are available only during daytime.
• Baggage allowance is 25Kg and 5kg hand luggage. Any excess baggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the Seaplane company at USD $5.00 per 1 KG.
• The hotel must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to the arrival in order to guarantee the seaplane seats.
• Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the Conrad Lounge or overnight in Malé at the clients additional cost.
• All guests have access to the Conrad Lounge located at the Seaplane Terminal on arrival. Every effort will be made to transfer the guest to the resort within 2 hrs of arriving at the Lounge.
• Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time of the international flight.
• Guests arriving on international flights will be required to check –in at the TMA seaplane counter in the international arrivals terminal before 16.00hrs in order to be able to transfer to the resort on the same day or they will require overnight accommodation in Malé and will be transferred to the resort the following morning.
• Guests departing Malé on an international flight prior to 0900hrs will be transferred late the previous afternoon. Accommodation can be booked in Malé.
• Seaplane rates are subject to increase if fuel surcharge or any other new tax is imposed.

MEAL SUPPLEMENT: Half board (Dinner) (01-Nov to 25-DEC 2013): USD 75.00 per adult

• Half-Board is included in Atoll Market Restaurant: A US$ 93.00 credit per adult. No credit for the children below 12 years old.
• Retreat Water Villa guests also can dine in Mandhoo Spa Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner.
• Meal plan must be same for the whole stay, all beverages at additional cost
• All beverages are at additional cost.
• Meal plan basis must be same for the days of stay.

HONEYMOON COMPLIMENTARY OFFER

Minimum of 4 night stay – copy of marriage certificate of less than 12 months to be presented at check in order to qualify for the offer.

All honeymoon guests will receive the following per villa per stay:

• Fruit Basket & 1 bottle of Champagne in the villa upon arrival
• US$ 100.00 credit per person per stay against the excursion of the guests choice (amount to be deducted from the room account at the end of the guests stay) no cash refund will be offered.
