ITINERARY – 12 DAYS 11 NIGHTS

DAY 01: AIRPORT – DAMBULLA 100 KMS

On arrival at the Katunayake international airport you will be greeted by a representative of Sunny Ceylon Travels and driven to Colombo for sightseeing while shopping.

DAY 02: COLOMBO – KITULGALA 190 KMS

After breakfast depart for Kitulgala to start the first adventure of the tour, the white water rafting, the Kelani river is class II boasting 6 rapids and they called by the locals in these names – Virgin’s Breast, Cock Snapper, Head Chopper, Killer’s Fall, White Quarter and Butter Crunch. You might experience couple of violent tosses and tumbling within this very short distant of moderate rafting of 6 Kms down the river, the rafting is connected with the next activity is in the Rain forest – Hike and Canyoning and jump in to a Natural pool.

DAY 03: KITULGALA 100 KMS

Eleanor Roosevelt told once “Do one thing every day that scares you” well we are about try something that scares you. The Laxapana water fall is the 8^th highest in Sri Lanka and 625^th in the world; and its 126 meters in height. We are going to climb and descent it down till we realized Eleanor Roosevelt also told that “you gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop and look fear in the face – You must do the thing which you think you cannot do”. The gear and the equipment are state of the art and the staffs are internationally qualified to conduct such activities. So have no fear in the face!

DAY 04: KITULGALA – ELLA 190 KMS

After breakfast depart for Ella via Nuwara Eliya, straight to Ella Jungle Inn for a quick fresh up to start biking to Buduruwa-gala is an ancient cave monastery in Sri Lanka. The complex consists of seven statues and belongs to the Mahayana school of thoughts. The statues date back to 10 century AD. The gigantic Buddha statue still bears traces of its original stuccoes robe and a long streak of orange suggests it was once brightly painted.

DAY 05: ELLA 190 KMS

After breakfast depart for Rock climbing & Abseiling, (from German: abseilen meaning “to rope down”), Rappelling in American English, is the controlled descent down a rock face using a rope; climbers use this technique when a cliff or slope is too steep to descend without protection.

DAY 06: ELLA – COLOMBO 190 KMS

After breakfasts depart for Colombo, do a city tour, shopping in Odel, Lak Medura, Kelly Felder, and Pettah Market.

DAY 07: COLOMBO – AIRPORT 190 KMS

Depending on the time of departure, we will transfer you to the airport, (Reporting time at airport 3 hours before flight as required by airline)
